Please read these terms carefully before booking any service. By submitting the intake form and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Services
CEOlesh (Courtney Olesh, sole proprietor) provides professional career coaching and resume writing services, including but not limited to:
Resume Writing — $250
Cover Letter — $125
Interview Coaching — $150
LinkedIn Optimization — $175
Career Strategy Session — $300
Full Bundle (Resume + Cover Letter + Interview Coaching + Career Strategy + LinkedIn Optimization) — $750
Federal Resume GS-7–12 — $400
Federal Resume GS-13–15 — $500
The specific services purchased are confirmed at the time of booking. Work does not begin until payment is received and the intake form is complete.
2. Payment
For Cover Letter and Interview Coaching, full payment is due before work begins.
For all other services — including Resume Writing, LinkedIn Optimization, Career Strategy Session, Federal Resume, and the Full Bundle — a 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your final documents. Final deliverables will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the agreed amount. Additional payment arrangements are not available unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to booking.
3. Revisions
Each service includes one (1) round of revisions, unless otherwise specified at time of booking. A revision round means a single set of consolidated feedback submitted within 7 days of receiving your deliverable. Revisions outside this window or beyond the included round may be subject to an additional fee.
Revisions are limited to changes within the original scope of work. Requests that represent a significant change in direction, target role, or service scope may be treated as a new engagement.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Resume Rewrite: 48–72 hours after the session
Cover Letter: 48 hours after the session
LinkedIn Profile: 48 hours after the session
Interview Coaching: Completed during the live session
Federal Resume: 72 hours after the session
Full Bundle: Delivered in stages following each session
Timelines begin once all required information has been received from the client. Delays in client response will extend the delivery window accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of career coaching and resume writing services, all sales are final once work has begun. If you need to cancel before your intake call or first session, please contact ceolesh@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Digital products purchased through ceolesh.etsy.com are non-refundable upon download, consistent with Etsy’s policy for digital goods.
6. Client Accuracy Certification
By engaging CEOlesh services, you certify that all information provided — including employment history, dates, titles, credentials, and accomplishments — is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
CEOlesh will not knowingly create documents that contain false or misleading information. If inaccuracies are discovered during the engagement, you agree to correct the record before final delivery. CEOlesh assumes no liability for consequences arising from client-provided inaccurate information.
7. Results Disclaimer
Career outcomes are individual and depend on many factors outside CEOlesh’s control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and individual qualifications. Testimonials shared by CEOlesh represent individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.
CEOlesh does not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, salary outcomes, or any specific career result.
8. Confidentiality
CEOlesh will not share, sell, or distribute your personal career information to third parties. Your resume, cover letter, and session notes are kept confidential and used solely to deliver your services.
You grant CEOlesh permission to reference your engagement anonymously (e.g., “a healthcare client”) for general marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverable documents created for you. CEOlesh retains the right to use anonymized versions, structural frameworks, and general approaches developed during the engagement for business and educational purposes.
Etsy templates are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of purchased templates is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your service, please contact ceolesh@gmail.com directly before initiating any dispute with a payment processor or platform. CEOlesh is committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
